Ioro Demolition Services

IORO Demolition Services is a demolition contractor based in Leeds. John Bennett is the CEO of IORO. The company's service area includes Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster, West Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, and much of the North West of England. IORO has worked on projects such as Canal Depot for DBG Group, Coleman's Synergy Building for DBG Group, and David Lloyd Clubs for Sigma Construction. Its clientele includes construction companies from Yorkshire, Manchester, and the North West.

Ioro Demolition Services, operating across Leeds, draws consistent praise for the professionalism of its crews on demolition and stripout projects. One thing mentioned again and again is punctuality, with teams arriving as promised and completing knock-down rebuild schemes to schedule. Tidiness is another recurring theme, as sites are left neat and waste cleared promptly once work finishes. Clients describe being kept informed throughout, and safety measures on site are singled out as a clear priority.

John and Jonathan are named for their knowledge and hands-on involvement, while the wider teams are described as polite, well presented and efficient. Work is reported as delivered within agreed budgets, and several customers return for later phases or further projects, including subcontractors who value the safety-conscious approach. The consistent thread is an experienced contractor handling demolition, stripout and associated waste removal with the same care on smaller jobs as on larger rebuild schemes, an impression reinforced by the number of clients who say they would call on the firm again.
