F Hardwick Ltd

F Hardwick Ltd is a family business established in Leeds in 1968. The company is based in Leeds and provides demolition services throughout the UK. It specialises in soft stripping of structures. For commercial clients, it offers asbestos surveys, asbestos removal, and asbestos disposal. Its client base includes local authorities, government bodies, health trusts, developers and main contractors. Completed projects range from small residential, industrial and commercial buildings to complex projects such as mills, factories and bridges.

Repeat trade clients and commercial main contractors shape the feedback for this Leeds demolition and strip-out specialist, with several describing long-standing relationships founded on dependable delivery. Estimators note that tender returns come back as requested and on schedule, and that any pricing omissions are sorted promptly, which is why the firm is approached as standard for demolition and strip-out packages.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is efficiency from the initial site survey through to completion, with projects finished inside the agreed timescale. Site safety procedures draw particular praise, as do staff who are seen as professional and courteous. A householder whose old sheds and garage were removed reports that the work was completed promptly and without a fuss, and that the site was left spotless.

Larger schemes also appear, including a substantial contract carried out in 2019 that left the client describing the company as a good one with which to do business. The consistency of workmanship and the readiness to return for further jobs recur across accounts, and the team's responsiveness when issues arise during a project is mentioned again and again. Genesis Patterns Ltd of Shipley is among those who would get in touch again.
