A message I recently had to send to T&W Civil, which sadly supports other reviews here. - - - Date: 22/7/26 Time: Approx. 16:35 Location: A45 Westbound, near Brackmills interchange Registration: YE24FFL To whom it may concern, I regret that I have to inform you of the appalling driving standard of the T&W employee who was at the wheel of YE24FFL, a Peugeot Partner vehicle I believe, at the above time and place. The person driving was wearing the uniform of T&W Civil Engineering, and the van also showed the livery of the company. This person was speeding in the outside lane, tailgating multiple cars and making obscene gestures at anyone (including myself) who was in front of them. I was driving at the correct speed for the road, making an overtake manoeuvre, when the above van came dangerously close to my rear bumper, the driver waving their hands around in obscene gestures and evidently screaming at me from inside the van. I understand we live in an age where the average Joe feels like they can abuse other road users and drive however they please, but having had no prior knowledge of T&W Civil Engineering, I will now sadly associate the company with employees who drive dangerously with no regard for, and are happy to throw abuse at, other road users. Having glanced at Google reviews for the company I'm afraid that my report here is simply a grain of sand on the pile, as it appears to be a very frequent occurrence with T&W drivers. This person has had a very negative impact on the reputation of the company, an observation about which I am clearly not alone. I'm frankly disgusted with their behaviour. I hope this message has been sent via the correct avenue, so that some action will be taken against this employee who seems comfortable in putting the safety of other people in jeopardy whilst wearing the T&W uniform and driving one of their vehicles. - - - Let's hope something is done before these idiots kill someone, hmm?

Dera Customer Service, A team of your engineers arrived at our local Pub/Restaurant last Thu 25th June at approximately 3 pm and continued to drink for several hours, However one member of your team took it apun himself to remove his shirt and start singing extremely loudly until a local asked him to stop. He then fell asleep in view of all the customers. When a large party of ladies arrived to have a meal he was asked to put his shirt on to which he was abusive and refused. He then went on to both urinate all over the toilets before doing so in a neighbouring garden, whereby the owners threaten to call the police. I have a photo of the vans registrations DN74 BKZ also FB71 OXK and the individual but don't want to put on public display.

Despite speaking very nicely and politely to several of their driving staff, the speed at which they drive is absolutely Disgraceful, our hamlet [Upper Harlestone] is a 30mph speed limit[ with an advisory speed of 20mph] due to no pavements and people have to walk on the road! This includes children, horses and dog walkers! It has now reached the point that video evidence will now be collated and sent to the Company and relevant authorities! FOLKS IN OUR VILLAGE HAVE HAD ENOUGH! SOME ONE IN THE COMPANY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING URGENTLY BEFORE SOMETHING TRAGIG HAPPENS!

They clearly don’t seem to learn from their driving reviews. Lady in a branded van deemed it sensible to park on the verge of a corner. Causing confusion to the drivers behind her. And when no one understand what she was doing, she decided to sound her horn. Learn the rules of the road. You can’t park directly on a junction: it’s dangerous and just stupid. For note it was a woman on acre lane Northampton on Thursday 2nd April around 4:45pm.

Drivers still driving like idiots in 2026. Parking like morons and showing no consideration for fellow road users either. They may be a great company but they need to sort the drivers out as it reflects badly to the general public.

Your company clearly has a problem with its drivers. One of your van drivers was weaving in and out of traffic this morning in Milton Keynes (A5) so perhaps your escalation of this problem hasn’t worked.

Another bad driving experience on the Peterborough parkway but someone in a van with licence ACF. Aggressive driver, making gestures after I decided to switch lanes….once I had passed him in the correct lane….after indicating….
