We honestly couldn’t recommend Sanfair Constructions highly enough. From the beginning, they made what could have been an incredibly stressful journey feel calm, collaborative and genuinely exciting. Joni was at the heart of that experience. Calm, patient and by our side every step of the way, he really understood the vision we were trying to bring to life and cared about getting it right. Whenever we hit a problem or felt stuck, Joni seemed to come up with a breakthrough idea that moved everything forward. He also took so much of the pressure off us by managing conversations with other suppliers — from the kitchen to the windows — always with such calm, clarity and professionalism. What makes Sanfair particularly special, though, is the sense of family around the business. People like Klodi (electrician), Xhoi (Joey), Bledi (painter) and Rene (plumber) weren’t just excellent at what they did; they were genuinely lovely people to have in our home. Everyone was thoughtful, trustworthy and respectful, treating the house and the work as though it were their own. You could tell the strength of their relationships having all known each other from childhood. There was a real sense throughout that this wasn’t simply another building job to them. They cared about the details, they cared about finding solutions rather than problems, and most importantly, they cared about the end result being something we would love. We’re incredibly grateful to Joni and the whole Sanfair family for helping turn our vision into a home we love. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and now would call them our friends.

We had our entire downstairs remodelled by Sanfair construction a few years ago — walls taken down, steels installed, a new kitchen fitted, new toilets installed, and the whole floor redecorated. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything properly before and during the work, so we always knew what to expect. Nothing was ever too much trouble (they even cleared the snow from our drive one day!!) and they were genuinely easy to work with throughout. The project was completed on time, and the pricing was competitive compared to other quotes we got. A few years on, everything has held up beautifully. We’d happily recommend them to anyone considering a home renovation.

Massive thanks to Sanfair for completing our loft conversion! The team delivered the project on time, on budget, and to an incredibly high standard.
