Big GRP roof install failed after just 4 years, due to improper installation. No vapour barker was used, OSB board weren’t screws down properly, and GRP wasn’t poured on correctly and cracked causing leaks. Had to replace roof, and all OSB boards were black and mouldy indicating it had been leaking for years.
