William mcMillan is an incredibly kind and thoughtful man, and he carried out a job for us and would not charge us for it because it ws part of a job for a disabled access for my husband who has MND. In a world wher there is so much anger, frustration and unpleasantness, William is just a lovely human being and his guys did a great job.
