Di Mot Demolition

Di Mot Demolition is a demolition contractor based in Glasgow. The business was established in 2020 and became a limited company in 2023. It is a member of the International Powered Access Federation.

Across East Kilbride and Glasgow, Di Mot Demolition is recognised for commercial strip-out contracts carried out with noticeable professionalism. Neil is named by reviewers more than once, described as heading a team whose conduct on site is consistently professional, and a substantial commercial clearance in Edinburgh city centre features among the projects discussed, with skips and plant supplied as part of the arrangement. A point made in several accounts is how straightforward the firm is to deal with, communication being praised as consistently strong and nothing regarded as too much trouble.

Several buyers describe the team as exceeding what the job demanded, which is why they would readily engage the company again. Working alongside the crew is repeatedly called easy, and the same dependability is noted on both domestic and commercial contracts. Reviewers also mention that requests arising during the work were accommodated without fuss, and that the handling of machinery and waste containers formed part of the service rather than an added burden. The readiness to put in extra effort, combined with the smooth running of projects under Neil's direction, stands out as a defining feature of the feedback.
