John and his team came and did a long sewer connection for our new build houses. They were very friendly and professional throughout. The whole job went as smooth as you could hope it would and it was by no means a simple job. John even offered to do a bit of extra drainage in our land for free within the same price. Our steep, twisty, very narrow single track lane (with passing places) was shut for 4 weeks whilst a new sewer was installed to service a group of newly built houses. It was a very challenging job in difficult conditions. From their initial contact, prior to commencement of work, until the job was completed, the team were polite, cheerful, kept us fully informed, but most importantly they went out of their way to make sure that the work caused as little impact and inconvenience to the residents of the Lane as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

J W Clark were working on our lane for about 3 weeks on behalf of a housing development. From a neighbour's point of view, I found the team to be friendly & helpful. They work very hard in difficult terrain & weather, despite this they remained polite and were quick to move vehicles when necessary, many thanks for making it as painless as possible!

We contracted JW Clark to decomission our house's waste treatment plant and instead connect us to the mains sewer. Overall we were very happy with the results and the quality of their work. We wanted a company who were experienced and knew what they were doing, and this is exactly what we found with JW Clark. From beginning to end they were helpful and really easy to deal with. They advised on the approach to take for the works and took care of paperwork for highways closure and water authority inspections. When it came to having people on-site doing the work they kept the disruption to a minimum, and were really approachable and helpful. Better yet they kept the site clean and tidy each day! Once they had finished, they reinstated the block paving they needed to lift, and applied topsoil and grass seed over the grassed areas they dug. Overall very happy with JW Clark and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
