From initial survey to signing off the completed works. INNOV8 were very friendly and professional. Prior to the start of the works, the whole process and procedures were explained to us in great detail. The paperwork and all notifications were sent to us for our information. The final sign off by the third party surveyor was very comprehensive and was sent to us within twenty four hours of the completion of the works. The operatives were very thorough, friendly and professional, they respected us and our property. We are more than happy with the service and reassured that a dangerous situation, that is the presence of asbestos in our property, has been fully addressed with minimal disruption. Lee was excellent at keeping in touch from the word go. Lee and the other men were courteous and pleasant. Two days of slight disruption then they left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. Also, cheaper than two other quotes.
