Grosvenor Asbestos Solutions

Grosvenor Asbestos Solutions Ltd is the company's legal and trading name. The team has over 30 years of industry experience, having worked in asbestos consultancy for more than 20 years before the company was founded. The company is composed of fully trained, insured experts and serves domestic, industrial, and commercial asbestos projects. It works in line with Health & Safety Executive (HSE) guidance. The company is located in Sale, Cheshire, and covers Altrincham, Bolton, Bramhall, Knutsford, Macclesfield, Manchester, West Yorkshire, and offers nationwide coverage.

The team includes qualified asbestos specialists holding British Institute of Occupational Hygiene (BIOH) Asbestos Oral – Certified Competent Person (CCP Asbestos) qualification, BIOH P402 – Asbestos Surveying in Buildings qualification, and BIOH P406 – Supervision & management of the safe removal & disposal of asbestos qualification. The company has CSCS safety trained staff, and all site staff have Cat B asbestos training as a minimum, current asbestos medical certification, and face fit tests. Its main services are asbestos removal, surveying, compliance, and testing.

In Sale and the wider Manchester area, Grosvenor Asbestos Solutions carries out asbestos surveys, removal and encapsulation, and customers describe a process that runs smoothly from the first enquiry through to completion. Jim, the man behind the business, is named repeatedly for answering questions quickly, explaining findings in plain terms and issuing quotes and reports without delay. A recurring point is how fast the work moves: surveys, sample analysis and removals are arranged within days and finished without holding up renovation plans.

Several reviewers highlight the thoroughness of testing, including a second visit to confirm every part of a property had been checked and a detailed report produced. Tidiness and courtesy also come up frequently, with teams called friendly, polite and respectful, diligent about clearing up, and considerate when working around an elderly relative. Dale and Jordan are singled out for doing a good job, while asbestos-containing garage roofs, ceilings and tiles are the jobs most often described, together with encapsulation and correct disposal. Fair pricing and clear communication before and after the work are further themes.
