INNOV8 UK GROUP

Very professional company. They removed AIB from my garage and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Before the work started, Lee called me to go through all the details and arrange a suitable date. Everything was organised quickly and communication was excellent. I’ve had some bad experiences with contractors in the past, so I really appreciated how professional and reliable they were. The job was done neatly, efficiently, and to a very high standard. They worked quickly, left everything tidy, and made the whole process stress-free. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy service.

Innov8 UK Group delivered a genuinely top‑tier service from start to finish. Their conduct was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable throughout. They truly put the customer first! every query was answered clearly, promptly, and without hesitation, and communication was excellent at every stage. The work itself was spotless and carried out with real pride and attention to detail. Their documentation was thorough and well‑presented, and they were so professional and trustworthy that everything after the initial inspection was handled smoothly over text and email. I felt completely confident leaving them to take care of everything. Lee in particular was outstanding — friendly, approachable, and open to answering anything without hesitation. He made the whole process easy and stress‑free, and he’s a credit to the company. It’s rare to find people who take this much pride in their work. Highly recommended.

From initial survey to signing off the completed works. INNOV8 were very friendly and professional. Prior to the start of the works, the whole process and procedures were explained to us in great detail. The paperwork and all notifications were sent to us for our information. The final sign off by the third party surveyor was very comprehensive and was sent to us within twenty four hours of the completion of the works. The operatives were very thorough, friendly and professional, they respected us and our property. We are more than happy with the service and reassured that a dangerous situation, that is the presence of asbestos in our property, has been fully addressed with minimal disruption. We are happy to recommend INNOV8.

Lee was excellent at keeping in touch from the word go. Lee and the other men were courteous and pleasant. Two days of slight disruption then they left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. Also, cheaper than two other quotes.

INNOV8 completed the work of removing an old blue asbestos flue pipe from the attic very efficiently and the customer service was excellent from Lee that handled the initial enquiry through to completion. Thank you INNOV8

The whole process with Innov8 from start to finish was excellent, high quality work, very professional and all done to date and time. The team was exceptional, great guys, very easy to get on with and very flexible. I am delighted to now be rid of my AIB from my integral garage roof and would recommend Innov8 and their team to anybody with a similar problem. Great job guys, thanks.

Great service from start to finish. Really helpful advice at the outset from Richard about the job to be done, and on the day the team removing the 2 ceilings were very professional, well mannered and pleasant towards the householder. Highly recommend Innov8 UK Group.
