BNS Groundwork London

Had a drainage issue under the side return that kept flooding after heavy rain. BNS came out, dug it up properly and rebuilt the run with a new soakaway. Found them after asking around in Fulham for someone who actually does groundworks rather than just patching. No more standing water since.

Had BNS do the groundworks and foundations for a side and rear extension on our house. The dig was bigger than we expected once they got underneath because the existing footings were shallow, but they sorted out an underpin section and got the new pad foundations in without it turning into a mess. The concrete pour was clean, levels were spot on when the bricklayers came in after them. They also fabricated a steel frame for the opening where the old back wall was coming out, delivered and installed it themselves rather than us having to find a separate steel contractor. Drainage was rerouted to the new layout, all properly tied into the existing run. Site was kept tidy throughout, skips swapped over when needed without me having to chase. Solid bit of work and the price held to what was quoted.

Had them do the foundation and basement groundwork and that really where they seem strongest the dig out prep concrete work and all the heavy parts were handled properly and kept on track not much fluff just steady work and things done in the right order so the next stage could start

Needed groundwork done before the rest of our build could move and these lot kept it moving without making it a mess. They were clear about what needed doing and what could wait.
