In Oxshott and the surrounding Leatherhead area, Appleton Waste Clearance has built a reputation through its asbestos removal and waste clearance work, with customers repeatedly highlighting the speed and efficiency of the operation. Several reviewers describe garage dismantling and asbestos roof removal being completed in a single morning, alongside house and loft clearances and the collection of general rubbish, white goods and even a piano. Richard is named often and consistently described as polite, trustworthy and reliable, arriving punctually and communicating promptly and clearly before the job.

A point made in several accounts is the care taken to avoid damage, such as protecting floors during piano removal, and the thorough clean-up afterwards, with sites left tidy and free of debris. Reviews time and again mention that quotes were honoured and that prices were competitive for the work involved, including the removal of additional rubbish at no extra trouble. The team is described as respectful and adaptable, with one account noting that a job went ahead in poor weather. The completion of asbestos garage removals and the tidy state of the site afterwards stand out as the most frequently praised outcome.
