All asbestos limited

The asbestos survey itself was thorough and well scoped. The surveyor asked sensible questions about our planned works, avoided unnecessary damage, and the final report was detailed and clear. The price was also competitive. However, the on-site professionalism fell short of expectations. During sampling there was visible dust left behind, and no cleaning was carried out afterwards, which was concerning given the nature of the work. The surveyor also did not appear to use protective equipment while taking samples. Overall, the technical survey was good, but greater attention to site cleanliness, and safety practices for clients and staff would significantly improve the service.

Highly recommend! The team offered helpful advice when we first reached out, came over the next day for asbestos testing, and let us know a few days later that we were safe to continue with work. Friendly communication and competitive pricing - thank you to Harry and the team ⭐️

Rang these guys very worried about some damaged boarding at the back of cupboard where my hot water tank is . They looked at my photos in detail , listened to me about the date of my property (1990) and, having consulted with one of their most experienced team members, reassured me that what I was looking at was not AIB, but plasterboard. Peace of mind restored! And they saved me a lot of money.

All Asbestos has been very helpful. Not only that our pre-purchase survey was completed professionally and promptly, but Harry also provided excellent customer support by answering all my questions in a timely manner. He even worked late to complete the report on my request. Now I fully understand and agree of its 5 stars rating.

Was worried about an asbestos roof. Helpful chap called Steve gave me great advice and put my mind at rest. Update: got them over to remove the old roof. Really nice and helpful lads who did great job for a decent price- I was expecting to pay a lot more. I'd definitely recommend this firm.

We had a load of asbestos-laden artex to be removed from our house before we could renovate it. I got 3 quotes for testing first and All Asbestos got the job. Then I got 3 quotes for removal and they got the removal job too. They were prompt, professional, and did a good job quickly, helping to move our project on. Communication was quick and professional and any slight glitches were quickly addressed.

Harry and team - you provided a brilliant service for a fair price - thank you so much. I particularly valued being able to speak to you on the phone, and the clarity of your reporting. With a stressful and hazardous matter like asbestos, having full confidence in the accuracy and ability of the company is all important - and we certainly had this with you.
