Communication in the lead up was unprompted, clear and helpful. On the day the team turned up on time, got straight on with the job and on completion left everything clean and tidy. Excellent. I called them, explained my requirements and they understood and gave me a really good quote. We discussed initially over email, and then had a follow up call to confirm all arrangements. They arrived on time even though one of their employees had an accident on the way. They did everything they said they would, and were finished earlier than expected. I received certification the next day. I would use them again and I would recommend them to friends and family. Really good people and a pleasure to deal with.

On Saturday the 27th of December I was on a driving lesson with my 18 year old niece. A driver from your company (skinny build black hair and tanned skin) driving a company van with the number plate HN21 WJF was acting HIGHLY unprofessional waving his hands and middle fingers around, beeping to intimidate her and making baboon faces to a car full of only females. This is a disgusting representation of your business and this person needs to be reported for his unprofessional behaviour. I tried to call to inform his superior of his behaviour but couldn’t get through.
