Disgusting service are told they will be at your home to do the job then don’t show up. Unprofessional would never ever use this company again. I thought this was the best company for the job but I was clearly wrong and left disappointed

Arc pro I thought where reliable till I was told they will come on Saturday then didn’t show up then told they will come today and didn’t show up. Told me they have the wrong address even on the phone that they have the right address but then change their story and say the don’t. Very unprofessional

Useless company don’t answer your phone, left on hold for hours. Don’t show up to jobs they have been assigned to. We were left with no answers waited for hours for them to show up but didn’t come. Where told they will be here with on an hour and then don’t show up

Non reliable messed my family about wasted their time and money saying they will be at their house and not turning up on a couple of occasions. Then keeping them on hold and not giving a valid reason for not showing up and just saying sorry we got your address wrong

I have been completely messed about with this company they have very poor service, took me 47 minutes to actually get through to anyone. When I was put through to someone they had the wrong address even though the letter they sent me has the correct address but sent the engineers to the wrong address. Which is crazy

This company is rubbish they mess you about, waste your time and don't show up to complete the job. Waited 2 times on 2 different days they didn't even show up

Do NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I BOOKED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY LET ME DOWN ON 2 OCCASIONS. THEY WILL NOT TURN UP, THEY LIE AND SAY THEIR COMING AND DONT SHOW UP
