I read the reviews and thought I was dealing with an honest broker here. Rang with pictures of a pile of slates, roof tiles and bricks that I wanted clearing. Bobby explained that the value was relatively low - and we agreed he could have it all for free (but specifically only if he cleared it all). The slates (valuable bit) were whisked away in a day ... and after 5 other communications (including 3 date / times promised for collection) - I'm now a month in, with only the very low value stuff that I'll have to pay for someone to collect. Very disappointing. 2nd April - rang and sent pictures 3rd April - slates and some tiles picked up (promise to pick remainder up next day) 4th April - didn't turn up ... (Forgot about daughter's "drop off") - promised to do Tuesday (7th April) 7th April - didn't turn up - didn't reply to text message 8th April - text messaged - told "waiting for it to dry out" - will come Saturday (11th April) 11th April - didn't turn up 20th April- texted - didn't hear back 28th April - rang - didn't hear back Very sad - as Bobby seemed like a nice guy ... but I'm really cross the "good stuff" got snaffled up in less than 24 hours and the remaining (which he promised to clear) still clogs up my garden. The first two pictures are of the original piles. The last picture of what is left.
Bobby and the team have been fantastic- they really helped us out with figuring out exactly what tiles we needed and had them delivered to us the next morning without any issues at all. Very knowledgeable and we will definitely work with them again. Thank you
Came and collected our used roof tiles, packaged them up and loaded them all on his truck. Bob is lovely!
Bobby went out of his way to help me find some matching roof tiles and old imperial bricks. He was a class act, has a good knowledge of the Construction Industry and it was a pleasure to do business.
Superb service! Rang up Bob in the morning and he was round later that day with a very competitive quote (better than another firm) and took the bricks away on the spot. Friendly and reliable. Absolutely recommend!
I had some imperial bricks to sell and Bobby was helpful and honest and paid a reasonable price for them. The other local yard said ‘no’ as I only had a few hundred rather than 1000s. After some teething trouble with their lorry, they arrived and were polite, professional and courteous. Bobby is a gentleman who paid immediately via BACS. We were both left happy and I’d definitely do business and visit the reclamation yard in the near future.
