PPS Demolition Ltd, based in Swallownest, is recalled by one customer as an efficient and well-regarded crew. The demolition contractor is credited with completing the work in a manner that was both professional and prompt, and the feedback singles out the team as a likeable group of people to have on site. Goodwill is extended to the company for its future, which reflects how positively the job was received. The account centres on the manner in which the crew operated and the pace of the work rather than on any particular method, plant or named individual, none of which features in the feedback.

What comes through is a straightforward description of a job handled competently from the customer's point of view, with the team's conduct and speed forming the substance of the comments. The tone is warm and appreciative, and no shortcomings are noted. For a demolition contractor working around Swallownest and the wider Sheffield area, the single piece of feedback that exists points to an efficient outfit whose workforce made a favourable impression during the project.
