Demex Northern Limited

Members of the public living and walking near Demex Northern Limited's sites appear most often in the feedback, and the picture is mixed. A recurring concern is the conduct of the company's drivers, with several accounts describing vehicles moving at speed close to pedestrians and footpaths, and one raises the behaviour of management towards someone not employed by the firm.

These points recur often enough to colour the overall impression, and they sit beside more positive remarks. One customer reports good service at a fair price and treats the company as a first point of contact, while another brief note simply records machines being loaded out. The demolition work itself, taking down structures and handling material on site, is not covered in detail by any account, so the dominant theme remains the conduct of drivers and staff around public footpaths in Rotherham.

Reviews regularly refer to the risk they perceive to children walking near the site, and the tone of those accounts is strongly critical of how the operation is run. No named member of staff is singled out for praise or blame, and the feedback offers little on how jobs are planned or priced beyond the single positive comment about service and cost.
