London Demolition & Dismantling Ltd

London Demolition & Dismantling Ltd is a demolition contractor with over 30 years' experience in demolition and waste management. It provides demolition services across London, Surrey, Kent, Berkshire and The Home Counties. Services include land clearance, waste disposal (including asbestos), skip hire, wait & load, and reclaimed materials. It also carries out site investigations, scrap metal recycling and contaminated land clearance. Reclaimed building materials are offered, from crushed concrete to type 1 and 2 topsoil.

Commercial and domestic projects both feature in the accounts left by customers of this Walton-on-Thames firm. Those with larger premises describe how a warehouse interior was stripped back and left empty, with before and after photographs cited as evidence of the transformation. On the domestic side, a shed base was taken away and assistance given with loading the material, a job described as working out considerably less expensive than hiring a skip.

Several reviewers describe the service as swift and professional, with communication before the work singled out for praise. The same theme of helpfulness recurs, both in the willingness to lend a hand on site and in the general manner of the team. Price is another point that comes up often, with customers noting that the cost was fair and better than expected.

The scope of work reflected in the feedback covers clearance and dismantling, alongside the asbestos testing, excavation and general contracting services associated with the business. Some customers indicate they would call on the company again for future projects. The lasting impression is of jobs completed without fuss, from small domestic removals through to full commercial strip-outs, and of a team that keeps the customer informed from start to finish.
