A number of customers describe a pattern of projects being completed on schedule, with grab lorries arriving when promised and rubble cleared without fuss. Reviews regularly refer to the professionalism of the team and the attention to detail shown on commercial jobs, where work has been carried out safely and to a high standard. Something that features in review after review is the tidiness of the sites, with the crew leaving properties clean after demolition and waste collection.

The pricing is described as keen and fair for the quality delivered, and Steve and his team are named for being approachable and quick to answer questions before and during works. Groundworks expertise and excavation support feature in accounts of side extensions and similar projects, where access difficulties were handled without disruption. Clients note that the same reliable service has been maintained across many years of repeat work, from small domestic clearances to larger commercial contracts, with efficient and safe methods used throughout.
