From the start of contact, exceptionally professional, helpful and quick to assist when needed. Then on the day of work done to remove "popcorn" ceiling, the workmen did a fantastic job, left the room as it was with additional temp work as a bonus. Thanks to the team and comms with Ricky. We recently used Henderson Environmental for the removal of asbestos artex ceiling in our house and asbestos insulation board in our garage. We engaged with Henderson Environmental before we purchased the house and they were brilliant at explaining the process and provided estimated costs which we could factor into our house purchase. The team who carried out the asbestos removal were great and left the house and garage spotlessly clean afterwards.

The initial communication was clear, prompt, and professional which gave us full confidence in their expertise. The site visit was thorough and informative. Time was taken to answer our questions and tell us what would happen during the process. When it came to the actual removal, the work was carried out efficiently, safely and with minimal disruption to the school environment. Everything was completed on schedule and to a high standard! We thought the communication before, during and after the removal to be great. We’re extremely satisfied and impressed with the service and would highly recommend!
Amazing service! Our survey identified areas of asbestos in our purchase property which we wanted removed, the service was neat and efficient and communication was fantastic. The team who came were really friendly and did a very neat job! They also identified a room that would be better to plaster and had a contact for this. Highly recommend!
What a genuine company this is! I rang with a query, and the lady said it was Ian I needed to speak to. Within about 20 mins, Ian rang me back and answered all of my questions and give me excellent advice- resulting in thousands saved. He then continued to email me with useful information and answer further questions. Baring in mind, this was all free of charge!!! Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you
