Asbestos Compliance Solutions Ltd - Newcastle

Asbestos Compliance Solutions (ACS) Ltd was formed in 2013 in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, and has over 12 years of industry experience. The company operates a Newcastle office alongside its Nottinghamshire base. It provides asbestos surveys, sampling, management, removal, and consultancy. Its work covers commercial, residential, retail, office, industrial, and medical sectors, serving homeowners, landlords, contractors, and businesses. The company operates in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and HSE requirements, and provides asbestos surveys to UKAS standards.

Knowledgeable staff and thorough asbestos surveys are the themes that come through most clearly in feedback about this Newcastle upon Tyne practice, whose environmental consultant work serves commercial premises. Accounts describe an approach that is professional and reliable, with careful attention given to inspecting sites properly before findings are explained. A point that comes up often is the calm, unhurried manner of the surveyor, and Kev is singled out in one account for attending a business address and carrying out the assessment with evident expertise and precision.

Customers also value being kept informed, both while the survey is under way and once conclusions have been reached, and the explanations given are described as clear rather than overly technical. The service is characterised as well organised and dependable, with appointments honoured and results communicated promptly so that site managers know what has been found and what it means for the building. Survey work for commercial premises is where this expertise is most visible, and the consistent standard of the on-site assessment, together with the patient way questions are answered, leaves clients satisfied with the outcome.
