Had BNS do the groundworks and foundations for a side and rear extension on our house. The dig was bigger than we expected once they got underneath because the existing footings were shallow, but they sorted out an underpin section and got the new pad foundations in without it turning into a mess. The concrete pour was clean, levels were spot on when the bricklayers came in after them. They also fabricated a steel frame for the opening where the old back wall was coming out, delivered and installed it themselves rather than us having to find a separate steel contractor. Drainage was rerouted to the new layout, all properly tied into the existing run. Site was kept tidy throughout, skips swapped over when needed without me having to chase. Solid bit of work and the price held to what was quoted.
