Jason at Alpha Asbestos Solutions has been fantastic to deal with. He replied to my online enquiry through the website quickly, explained clearly the packages they offered and dealt directly with the estate agent we are purchasing through to organise a day and time to attend to carry out the survey. His report was clear and identified clearly all the areas in which he took samples from and his reasoning why. We were then given the choice as to which samples we wished to send off to the lab for testing. We are awaiting the results but so far, from the service received to date, I would highly recommend Jason and Alpha Asbestos to anyone and we will be using them again in the future for our future projects. Jason was highly professional and very helpful. I was confident that he would deal with the asbestos tiles efficiently and safely. I am looking after my Aunt’s house as she is in a care home. Jason took the work on at short notice and in addition to the removal of the tiles, collection, disposal and encapsulation of the bitumen on the floor, he also had a sample ceiling tile tested on my behalf .
