The ops team and operatives from a survey and removal point of view, brilliant. Always arrive when they should, fantastic on site (safe) overall in a risk adverse field, the reassurance and results. I have had Sian assist me with survey requests this month for a couple properties that I rent out. She responded to me within a couple of hours and the surveys were completed and reports sent to me within 7 days. I will be recommending Acorn to others if and when they need it.
