I found Zephyr Environmental Ltd on Google and sent them a message via the website. Craig was really helpful and through in his inspection. The communication was friendly from the start and consistently good. I got my report a week later which was easy to read and understand complete with pictures and reports for each item. The price I paid was the price quoted (competivitly priced). I would highly recommend the service!

Craig was incredibly helpful and accommodating as we needed to get the report carried out asap to help with our purchase. The survey was booked in within a couple of days and we had the report a couple of days after the survey. Craig was happy to run through the report with me and and answer any questions. Craig is quite simply the best. He is professional, reassuring and fantastic at what he does. Craig gave a good detail of what I would expect on the day he'd came to visit. He called to confirm and also sent a confirmation via email. On the day, he explained everything and then sent a comprehensive report of his findings. When he realized that the report had made be panic, not at all his fault of course, he came back, at no extra cost and went through the findings. I cannot rate this company highly enough.
