Vale Park Demolition

Vale Park Demolition is a demolition contractor that began operating in Manchester in the 1980s. The company operates throughout Greater Manchester and the North West, with plans to expand nationally. Its sister company holds a full three-year licence granted by the HSE.

Vale Park Demolition specialises in large-scale demolition and strip out projects, asbestos removal, and plant hire. It provides training to its staff. The company prioritises recycling and salvaging items, donating to charity when possible. Its excavators range from below 1 ton up to a 45 ton 28m High Reach.

Vale Park Demolition carries out demolition work at every scale, from stripping asbestos from a site to bringing down complete warehouses, and this range is a point that comes up often in feedback. A number of customers describe a contractor that keeps to the agreed budget and timescale, including a project manager who saw a theatre refurbishment begin a fortnight after first discussions and finish on schedule.

Communication running from the first enquiry through to completion, along with the expertise and professionalism displayed during the works, is mentioned repeatedly. Richie, named often in accounts, is praised alongside his team for completing jobs swiftly and to a demanding standard. How a site is left once the crew departs is another recurring theme, with areas reported as cleaned and tidied. Reviewers also note that demolition proceeds smoothly while safety requirements are satisfied, and one client whose electrical fit-out ran alongside the work found the company straightforward to deal with.

Pricing that comes in at or below the figure quoted appears in comments, as does the speed of completion on projects other firms had estimated would run considerably longer. Dependable service, careful attention to detail and consistent results run through the accounts, with the thoroughness of the operation and the conduct of the team on site singled out for praise.
