An employee of this company was in Aldi at Park Rd, Castleford WF10 4RJ this morning and was overheard yelling threats to fight a customer outside the store whilst in front of his own daughter as well as making false accusations towards the innocent customer. Another customer who knows of this individual says he regularly acts like this to others and always looking to start trouble. It isnt exactly a reflection on the company as such but it is a representation of the behaviour of their employees, but in this case: employee. Employing such a person who has this bully mentality should be reviewed. A terrible look for the company. Management should look to brief their staff about their behaviour when they are out in public using company vehicles like this questionable individual.
