R3 Groundworks

R3 Groundworks is a landscaping company based in Leicester. It offers ground works and hard landscaping, and provides maintenance services. The company serves Leicester, Nottingham, Coventry and Derby. Its services include landscaping, fencing, footing, drainage, block paving, slabbing and sleeper work.

Fencing, patios and groundworks form the core of what R3 Groundworks delivers, and the accounts left by customers reflect a mixed experience. Several reviewers highlight the standard of finished work, describing a new fence and gate as a fantastic job with a good finish all round, and Craig and his team as friendly people who complete great work at a reasonable cost. One customer who had not previously heard of the firm noted that problems were handled by a willingness to return to the property and put things right. Reliability, however, is a recurring concern.

One account describes repeated no-shows and missed calls over a three-week period, with the fitter promising to attend and then failing to arrive or explain. A further customer reports a patio left unfinished, with grouting that resembled sand, and says they were told over three years that repairs would follow without anyone returning. Affordable pricing and approachable staff sit alongside frustration about work that was never completed. Craig is the member of the team named most often, both for the quality of his fencing output and for difficulties in getting him back on site.
