Farhad and the team did a brilliant job of removing our artex ceiling and getting the ceiling completely re-done for us (plasterboard and skimming). Farhad was so quick to communicate and to start the job, he and his guys were lovely and talked us through the process. As first time homeowners we were a bit lost, and nervous as it was an expense we weren't expecting, but Farhad was so helpful in explaining everything, made sure we were happy and gave us a very fair price for the work. Working through the heatwave but still so efficient, I'm really pleased with our new ceilings and can't thank the team enough! Would definitely recommend.
We contacted Pro Asbestos Removal for asbestos removal from our ceiling and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Farhad and his team was incredibly helpful in explaining exactly how they would carry out the work, including how they would safely take down our Artex ceiling which contained asbestos and how the materials would be properly disposed of. They provided all the necessary documentation upon completion, including a removal certificate and a cleaning certificate, giving us full peace of mind. The team also went above and beyond by helping us with plastering afterwards and sourcing plasterers for the finishing work. Mohammad and his team at Pro Asbestos are excellent. Knowledgeable, honest and reliable. All work was completed within the advised time frame. All areas completely clean and correct. Air testing was also provided. For us they removed Asbestos floor tiles and sealed the floor, did some internal demolitions and removed all debris and mess. Artex main floor Ceiling and stairwell ceiling skimmed to a high standard. Would recommend 100%. The photos show the floor after the tiles were removed, the floor is concrete and the bitumen underneath was sealed with an adhesive that you can see drying. The Picture of the large room shows after the demolition, this was previously 3rooms including a bathroom.
