What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
A single account about Porteous Groundworks Ltd concerns the conduct of a member of staff rather than any completed groundworks or excavation. The reviewer describes encountering someone driving a vehicle carrying the company's sign-written details, and considers that person's behaviour poor enough to damage the firm's reputation.
The incident is said to have occurred in Tiverton at around 17:00 on 24 June, and the account suggests the company look into the matter. No groundwork, excavation or other service appears in the feedback, which focuses on how a representative behaved in a marked vehicle. Pricing, communication, tidiness and the quality of finished work are not addressed.

If the attitude of one of their staff is to go by then I’d personally recommend avoiding this company at all costs. When you drive a company vehicle with the company details sign written on it I suggest not acting in such an abysmal way as to damage the reputation of the company. Didn’t catch the registration but the guy was in Tiverton at 17:00 on June 24th if the company want to investigate.
