Had a major demolition on an old building and approached PBM Contractors as well as a few other local companies. Richard came out to assess the property and listened to what we needed as we had to hand remove some tiles due to potential bats . They had done it all before . Gave me a very good fair price along with hoarding to be put up as well. The project was then delayed due to planning by 2 years however Richard stayed in touch and as soon as we sere ready he got started . They started on time, fenced everything up and his team were great with the neighbors on both sides, keeping them in teh loop and Richard giving them his personal number in case they needed to get in touch. The job was completed on time , the site cleared and levelled ready for construction , and the hoarding guy was great , putting up the secure wooden hoarding as required ready for construction. I would recommend Richard and his team as this is a family run business and i even got to meet his dad who started it . They will give you proper advice and know exactly what they are doing so no surprises and great ongoing communication through the job.

Have used PBM on a number of demolition contracts over the last 10 years, their staff and operatives are both knowledgeable and skilled in their works. Pre-contract they are pro-active with methodology and approvals and their operations teams are professional throughout. Would highly recommend PBM to anyone.
