Northwest Demolition Ltd

Repeat custom runs through the accounts of Northwest Demolition, with one client returning for a fourth project and another describing a relationship with Chris and his team built over many years. The health and safety record is the reason most often given for choosing the firm again, and reviewers note that jobs finish on schedule or ahead of it. Customers also point to the absence of hidden charges, while contractual problems arising on site are reportedly resolved quickly rather than allowed to drift.

The projects described include stripping out and demolishing four blocks of flats, along with the safe removal of asbestos-containing materials, all completed without difficulties developing. Several reviewers describe the company as honest and straightforward to deal with, and the team is credited with simply arriving and getting the work done. Chris is named personally as the figure behind the trust placed in the business, and one long-standing client has already signalled that another project is being lined up. Punctual completion, transparent costs and consistent safety standards are the themes running through the feedback.
