We had some garden works done recently, had a new fence and a new patio thanks to Matt we are in love with the way our garden has turned out Would highly recommend

MC Property Developers won the contract to build a flood defence wall at my house. This was to be based on a Class A Engineering Brick construction with specialist foundations for flood gates and sumps to capture and remove any flood water that made it onto the wrong side of the defences. This was exacting and demanding work, which required a higher level of skill and accuracy compared with normal building work. Matt and his hardy team were up to the task and spared no effort to make sure that the construction was carried out to all the prescribed specifications. Matt and his team were flexible in their approach. They were impeccable in their communication and made sure all issues were fully clarified before any commitments were made. Where things did not go entirely to plan, Matt highlighted these directly and made every effort to restore full integrity - this was largely to be expected given the complexity of the build coupled with particular quirks of the build environment. I was exceptionally pleased with the outcome and delighted that Matt and his team won the contract to complete the works. The upshot is a flood defence installation that will protect and future proof the property against an increasing flood risk. Matt and his team proved themselves consummate professionals, highly competent and thoroughly hard working. I wholeheartedly recommend MC Property Developers to any future customers.
