Lavin & Sons Construction Ltd

Lavin & Sons Construction Ltd is a family business founded in 2003 by Brett Lavin. It operates across the West Midlands and Worcestershire, working in both commercial and residential settings. The company offers over 20 years of construction experience. Its services include groundworks, block paving, hard landscaping, fencing, concreting, foundations, drainage, tarmacking, demolition and underground services.

Birmingham-based Lavin & Sons Construction Ltd is described by customers as a dependable family firm whose work is well organised from the initial quotation through to handover. Brett is singled out for reacting quickly when a foundation problem caused by another company risked turning into a disaster, turning up exactly when promised and sorting it out calmly. Reviewers repeatedly value the clear lines of communication maintained throughout, the courteous and thoughtful approach of the crew, and the readiness to fit in around customers' own timetables.

Groundwork and excavation appear in the feedback, including one project that made a garden easier to reach, and another account records that the final invoice was lower than the estimate because less material was needed than first thought. The pace at which jobs are completed and the attention given on site feature often, as does the firm's steady and professional manner across working relationships that span many years. Repeat bookings and stated intentions to hire the company again reflect the trust placed in its excavating and paving services.
