I was really impressed with the professionalism and reliability from James Wilkes Ltd. The team communicated clearly from the outset, turned up when they said they would, and delivered quality workmanship with no fuss. Everything was completed to a really high standard, and exactly as agreed. No drama's, just a well‑run, trustworthy contractor who takes pride in doing things properly. Highly recommended.

I only contacted this company for a quote, and the owner was unnecessarily rude to me for no reason. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine what it’s like working with them. I do not recommend this company. I don’t usually leave reviews but, I felt it was important to warn others.

We are totally delighted with the 2 shower rooms installed by James Wilkes. The experience was efficiently coordinated with value added guidance throughout to help us modify and improve the original design. The skilled team worked seamlessly and reduced any disruption to a minimum. Our home was always left clean and tidy. The finished rooms are a delight to use and there have been no problems thanks to their diligent snagging and high quality workmanship. We feel we have had a stressfree experience and the overall cost represents excellent value for money. We highly recommend James Wilkes Ltd to anyone considering home improvements.

Rude company. Workmanship is very poor. Had to get another builder in to rectify their work. Going to cost £££££
