Wanted my old garage removed and a new one installed. Have phoned three times and been told someone would call me back and also filled out an online form but no response. makes me very wary of them. Edit. The subsequent response from the company has re-assured me I made the correct decision to find someone else. I have no trouble with a company being too busy to be interested but to tell someone twice they were and never return a call is just bad customer service and their response says it all really.
