Demolition services provided by DSM Demolition Ltd in Birmingham attract a range of feedback, with a recurring theme of professionalism and efficiency on site. Several accounts note that crews simply get on with the work, and that quotes are described as highly competitive, a factor credited with winning a local authority contract in Blackpool. One customer highlights the scale of the operation, noting that an entire residential block was brought down beside their workplace, and describes how little disruption the project caused.

Minimal mess and low noise levels during large-scale demolition come up often, with the same observer expressing admiration for the way the site was managed each morning. Another account simply calls the firm a professional demolition company. More critical comments, which appear across a number of reviews, raise concerns about conduct away from the job, including poor engagement with the surrounding community and inappropriate behaviour by workers in public. Questions about how asbestos is handled during demolition also feature, with claims that material was left inside buildings being taken down. These accounts sit alongside the positive remarks about the standard of the demolition work itself.
