I had a leak coming into the basement from the outside drain, and Darren quickly identified the issue. He explained every step of the process clearly while working to resolve it, which gave me real confidence in the work being carried out. The job was completed to a high standard, and he left the area spotless afterwards. I’ve already booked him for two more jobs around the house, which says everything about the quality of his work.
