Cardiff Demolition Co Ltd

Cardiff Demolition Company Limited was incorporated in 2000, with its early existence going back to the early 1960s. It is an NFDC accredited specialist. The company provides demolition, dismantling, site reclamation and remediation services throughout the UK, and demolition services across Wales, the west country and surrounding areas. It assists clients from planning through to demolition and site preparation.

Its schemes have provided challenges such as inner city constraints, public interfaces, discrete demolition, high security locations, fast track programmes, listed buildings and protection of artefacts, façade retention, fire damaged premises, removal of contaminated/hazardous materials, occupied buildings, noise restricted areas and high rise structures. It has worked on some of the most iconic developments in South Wales.

Demolition services in Cardiff form the backdrop to this contractor's feedback, which centres on knowledgeable staff and dependable clearance and collection work. Several reviewers describe the service as prompt, with communication before and after the job standing out as a particular strength, and the team being credited with considerable expertise. One thing mentioned again and again is the willingness to come back after an initial collection to remove material discovered once works had finished, a sign of thoroughness rather than a single visit.

Customers characterise the approach as brilliant and highly professional, and the accounts suggest a contractor that sees a project through to its conclusion instead of leaving loose ends behind. Reviews regularly refer to that they would call on the service again without hesitation, which points to a consistent standard across jobs. The business works as a demolition contractor in the Rumney area of the city, and the feedback indicates a reliable outfit for demolition and associated clearance tasks, with knowledgeable staff, prompt arrival and clear communication valued by those who have used it.
