We used Brown Demolitions to take down our old house on quite a tricky site prior to rebuilding. The whole experience was top class from start to finish. Great pro-active communications which were always very clear and throughout there was a really efficient and can-do approach from everybody. During the works Darren and his men took great care to avoid any collateral damage and kept our neighbours safe. Ronnie Brown quoted to knock down an old extension to the rear of my property. He responded quickly and the came over to view the job, his quote was comprehensive and competitive. He was also realistic on what was required to do the demolition, the paperwork and the documentation required. The team who did the demolition, Darren and Shane were very good, well organised and professional. The proximity of the extension to the house was a worry for me but not for them and they brought down the old extension carefully but quickly. They kept me informed with what they were doing and the progress of the demolition. I would highly recommend Ronnie Brown Demolition to anyone as they carried out the work quickly and safely. For me this was quite stressful with the proximity to the house and the time constraints but the standards they work to, are very high, left the site clean and tidy and ready for the next stage.

I can't find the words to express how grateful I am to Ronnie and his team. The guys made what was potentially a very stressful experience into a simple and swift outcome, zero fuss, whilst being 100% courteous and considerate. The building that was coming down was in extremely close proximity to my neighbours and there was zero cause for complaint, in fact my neighbours were amazed at how quickly and quietly the entire project was.
