This second part of the work was fairly intricate. All of the work was completed in a timely and high quality way. The initial response from BM CONSTRUCTION was prompt and good advice was provided. The cost of the works was very competitive. All members of the team were easy to deal with and any small, necessary, changes were resolved with no fuss. The installation team were friendly and very skilled. I've spent 40 years operating as a manager within the construction industry. Had the lads from BM construction give my back yard a make over, resin surface & fencing. All work was completed to a high standard and the lads were extremely helpful and professional. I couldn't be happier with the results.
I had a badly installed Indian stone driveway a few years ago and I looked at the various driveway options to replace it (paved, resin, imprinting, block etc) and decided the look of a resin bound driveway would be the best and long term option. I contacted Barry in November 25 and we discussed the pros and cons of a resin driveway and he spent time during the initial consultation to explain how it is laid/constructed. Barry was also very helpful in answering our questions. Barry also included a slope into my garage to help the parking of the motorbike. (Works great!!) Once we paid the deposit everything was written down contractually and was clear. Payment process was clear and straight forward. Installation was just before Easter '26 and took just over 2 days as we were lucky with the weather. The results are amazing and we are very pleased with it. The team was led by Ste and everything was planned and delivered to time. The installation team were great and polite and just got on with it. I highly recommend BM Construction. The neighbours have commented on it as well.. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks.
