The surveyor asked sensible questions about our planned works, avoided unnecessary damage, and the final report was detailed and clear. The price was also competitive. However, the on-site professionalism fell short of expectations. During sampling there was visible dust left behind, and no cleaning was carried out afterwards, which was concerning given the nature of the work. The surveyor also did not appear to use protective equipment while taking samples. Overall, the technical survey was good, but greater attention to site cleanliness, and safety practices for clients and staff would significantly improve the service.

Rang these guys very worried about some damaged boarding at the back of cupboard where my hot water tank is . They looked at my photos in detail , listened to me about the date of my property (1990) and, having consulted with one of their most experienced team members, reassured me that what I was looking at was not AIB, but plasterboard. Peace of mind restored! And they saved me a lot of money.

Was worried about an asbestos roof. Helpful chap called Steve gave me great advice and put my mind at rest. Update: got them over to remove the old roof. Really nice and helpful lads who did great job for a decent price- I was expecting to pay a lot more. I'd definitely recommend this firm.
