Ves was very professional and extremely courteous and polite throughout all our communication. We wanted a bookcase to fit a gap in our lounge. Ves has custom-made one, which is just what we wanted and very well constructed. He was a careful and hard worker who we will use again. Highly recommended.

We had a new kitchen installed by VAP Construction Ltd in March 2025. Our old kitchen was a mess but I didn’t really have clear ideas as to what to do with it. Ves took a look and, in an unassuming way, advised and designed the exercise and then project-managed the whole event. Ves is a perfectionist, which is exactly the personal quality you want in someone responsible for major work on your house. He also has a keen sense of what will look good and what won’t. The work done - dismantling of old kitchen, new electrics, cupboards, sink and dishwasher - was completed to an excellent standard and with attention to detail. At the end, everywhere was left clean and tidy. Last but not least, Ves is a lovely person to work with and to have in your house. I am lucky to have come across him.

Amazing Work – Highly Recommend! We recently had a major renovation done in our living room and kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier. VAP Construction Ltd worked 7 days a week to get the job done as quickly as possible, taking the renovation hassle off our shoulders sooner than expected. They worked very cleanly—we barely experienced any dust or mess throughout the whole process. The quality of work is excellent, and everything—flooring, walls, kitchen cabinets, and the ceiling—was completed with great attention to detail. The whole experience was smooth, timely, and professional. We’re extremely pleased with the results and would definitely recommend VAP Construction Ltd !!!

Ves from VAP did the flooring in my two bedrooms. He did a great job, and was very professional, efficient and tidy. Great eye for detail, would highly recommend his services!!!

Ves was excellent. It wasn’t an easy job as there were multiple doors on each of the four walls to work around & the room wasn’t a simple rectangle, but Ves seemed to take everything in his stride & did a very good job, even being meticulous about cleaning up after himself. We hope to use his services again in the near future.
