What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Riveroo Groundworks & Landscapes appears in two accounts from Liverpool, both of them strongly negative. One reviewer raises a road safety concern about the driving of a concrete-branded van, describing the conduct as dangerous. The other account calls the service poor and reports witnessing discriminatory and racist treatment of customers of colour, describing this as unacceptable in a workplace.
The two accounts diverge in their specifics, one concerning driving and the other concerning how customers were treated, so neither complaint can be taken as established fact, yet both point to serious dissatisfaction with the company's conduct. No member of staff, method or type of project is named in either account, and nothing in the two reviews offers any positive counterweight.

1 star for the driver of one of your concrete branded vans. Get off the road before you kill someone.
very disappointing experience with this company. The service was poor, and more concerning, I witnessed discriminatory and racist behaviour towards customers of colour. This is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any workplace. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company until they address these serious issues.
