Dont blame the tradesmen. Worst company me and alot of other joiners have ever worked for. Multiple sites, same incompetence throughout.They don't have the means or the knowledge to do social housing. (Something ive done for 20 years) They use agency joiners who then have to use their own cars and work alone. You can't do social housing work from the back of a car. I feel bad for the tennants getting shoddy half hearted work done. I swore a few years ago I wouldn't work for regen again but was offered a place recently, I thought "different site, new managers.. maybe it'll be OK". Hell no! Everyone I've worked alongside is on the verge of quitting, even on the first day. every employee on the tools hates the company. Good riddance to a below parr company. Any and every tradesman that's had experience with this company will agree with this review.

Poor communication and organisation skills all round, you dish out work to sub contractors which are absolute cowboys and leave homes in complete states. But it’s okay because it’s just “council houses”. I pay full rent and council tax and my home was left an absolute tip. No one was informed of what day the actual works start was, about 5 scaffolding wagons just decided to block people in, braying on doors telling people to move their cars so it doesn’t get damaged, courteous though! People braying on the door at 8AM every morning to be in, which is fine because I’m leaving for work and they installed a key safe on the wall, unfortunately though, they started sending subbies to the house telling them just to let themselves in….while me and my partner were still in the house. This was because he had been told the house is derelict, A-star for effort. Any normal person would just knock on the door surely? Some of them also got shirty when saying we were leaving for work, I know it’s a council estate but people do work full time. After the nightmare, I got hassled for about a fortnight during a busy work period to give “feedback”, when I got around to passing on said feedback the lady on the phone said “that’s not great, I’ll pass that onto a manager”. I assume by ‘manager’ they meant into thin air because I’ve not had one apology from this lot, my landing has to be re-painted and my back yard had just had decking put down which is now ruined, the cleanup after the job was a fella going round with a window cleaners brush and hose. Re-Gen could not run a bath!

Do you ever book work in or do you just rock up and hammer on the door apparently. Your communication skills are appalling. I know Karbon are your 'client' but we live here and pay rent. So disrespectful.

Where to start with this company.1st of all hire in a scaffolding company that damage.flags and condensation pipe from combi boiler.There so called site manager came round said someone would be out to repair.He said he checked the garden for rubbish will post the nails he missed.a so called site manager who stands outside a gate to do a inspection ye great company not.you get what you pay for.wish my housing company would use someone else.dont expect Brocken slabs to be replaced or down pipe replacement.probs have to get on to believe housing to fix

Just had kitchen put in by a bunch of cowboys electric sockets all in one corner not even straight or level can see where all sockets have been the best on e is they foamed my floor next to my radiator pipes are then put flooring straight over. Damaged every single room in house and landing stairs,even put a hole in stair wall then deny it. Pulled my bt wire for broadband off around door frame and denied it. Had to clean up after them .then kitchen fitter telling me my kitchen units are shit and cheap from Scotland. WOULDNT LET THEM BUILD A DOG KENNELL
