I recently used Darren and the team at P16 Garage Demolition & Property Services to demolish an outbuilding with an asbestos roof, break up and remove the existing concrete floor, and excavate the site ready for the construction of a fully reinforced 12ft x 8ft concrete base for my new summer house. From start to finish, Darren carried out the work in a professional manner. He kept me fully informed throughout the project, explaining any changes as they arose and always letting me know when the team would be arriving on site. The work was completed to a very high standard, the site was left tidy, and the whole process was straightforward and stress-free and I received all the relevant hazardous Waste Consignment Certificates for the asbestos and Duty of Care Waste Transfer Certificates for all of the waste materials removed from the site during the project. Darren was professional and efficient from our first contact. He was able to make a site visit with very short notice and provided a reasonable and detailed quote on the time line he promised. We had confidence that he would be able to complete the removal of our concrete garage with asbestos roof in a safe manner complying with all necessary requirements and precautions.
