Paul at Nsure removed some asbestos vinyl tiles from our hallway and kitchen area in preparation of house renovations. The work was carried out to a high standard. During renovations, we needed to drop the kitchen ceiling, however the plasterers flagged a concern that the ceiling appeared to contain some type of additional layer sandwiched between two sheets of plasterboard, which may have contained asbestos, thus halting all renovations. I contacted Paul and he altered his schedule so that he could come and service my property the very next day. He took samples, and physically drove to the lab to have them tested. A full report was provided next day and thankfully no asbestos was detected in the ceiling, and renovations recommenced. I cannot praise Paul high enough. He went out of his way to help me and I’ll be forever grateful. He is also a great guy, hardworking and very easy to get in with. Thanks again Paul.
