Really excellent!! We have been having communication backwards and forwards for over a year, because of two property purchases. We had two surveys done, and one refurbishment survey, also the asbestos removal and ceiling plastering. The customer service is outstanding. They answered all of my many questions and worries with patience and kindness! There were a lot of them! The asbestos removal company were extremely quick, efficient and tidy. It was all done by 1pm on the same day! I believe that it is good value for money too. I would highly recommend them.

The team at Meyer have been exceptional supporting us over 3 separate jobs including sample testing and removal of a garage roof and soffits. Great communication with the office who clearly bring extensive experience and knowledge providing timely and incredibly helpful advice. We commissioned Meyer Southern in January 2026 to undertake the removal of the asbestos wall coverings in our detached Victorian house, in Edinburgh. There were two bedrooms affected, a kitchen and hallways, including the stair....so a lot of walls and high ceilings! Communications with Sina and the management team were excellent before, during and after the job, and they were competitively priced. They understood additional testing of the walls during the work to further delineate unknown areas and UKAS accredited air testing and reporting at the end to provide reassurance that all was completed safely. The site staff worked exceedingly hard and a special mention to their site manager (Paul Arnold) who was outstanding in his customer service and work ethic. All round a very professional service and job, completed in a timely and thorough manner. Brilliant!! Thank you to the Meyer Southern for delivering such a great job to solve what can be a daunting prospect for the homeowner!
